Duplex Unit Power Washing
| Duplex unit owners. Due to the three year Deck Replacement Project, normal power washing of buildings has been suspended. Each owner is welcomed to personally power wash their own front door and porch, or request professional no-cost power washing (as long as 2022 funds last). Use your phone or other camera and take pictures of which sides (front, side, back) that are green with mildew/algae, or grass stains, or exceptionally dirty.
