Welcome to the dedicated information page for the Ridge Council. There are 30 homes situated on the Ridge. The land, designated as a limited common element for each unit owner, is under the custodianship of the Conservancy. Consequently, the homeowners bear the responsibility for the maintenance and care of lawns, driveways, shrubs, and related features. Of paramount significance to Ridge unit owners is the landscaping rule, which forms the cornerstone of standards. This rule outlines the requisites for preserving the quality of lawns and associated elements. You will find the detailed provision of this rule in the attachment below. Kindly be reminded that any plans for Additions, Alterations, or Improvements (AAI) necessitate prior submission as specified by the Declaration and the Rules. Failure to do so prior to the beginning of work may result in potential fines. Moreover, there is a possibility that you may be requested to revert the changes and restore your unit to its original state. It's important to note that AAI is mandatory for both painting and roofing jobs. For your reference, the current color chart for Ridge homes has been enclosed below.
