| Time: | 6:30 PM | Category: | Board Meeting | Location: | Meeting House | A meeting of the homeowner-elected Board of Directors is held at the Meeting House normally on the last Wednesday of each month. ALL WALDEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
In addition to the nine board members, at least one representative of the Property Management Company is in attendance. Reports from each advisory committee are heard and any recommended activity is voted upon by the Board.
Portions of the meeting are devoted to operational issues, the Property Manager's report and the Treasurer's report.
The meeting ends with approximately 15 minutes of open forum during which homeowners may raise conservancy-related questions, issues or rule violations for discussion and resolution.
